Terms of Service
The rules of the TechLuminix Referral Program. By signing in, you agree to everything on this page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TechLuminix Referral Program (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Referrer") and TechLuminix (the "Company").
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Referral Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Google account for authentication
- Provide accurate personal and payment information
- Not be a current employee of TechLuminix
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Registration
Accounts are created exclusively through Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Two Ways to Earn
The TechLuminix Referral Program offers two independent earning mechanisms. You can participate in one or both.
4.1 User Referrals
Invite other people to join the platform using your unique referral link or code. When a referred person signs in with Google for the first time, you earn a flat ₹100 bonus, credited immediately to your pending balance.
4.2 Lead Submissions
Submit potential clients (businesses or individuals interested in TechLuminix services) through your dashboard. Approved leads earn a quality-tier referral bonus, and closed deals earn milestone-based commissions of up to 20%.
Important: User referrals and lead submissions are completely separate. Referring a user does not create a lead, and submitting a lead does not count as a user referral.
5. Lead Submission & Verification
5.1 What Qualifies as a Lead
A qualified lead is a potential client with a genuine interest in TechLuminix's software services. When submitting a lead, you must provide:
- Accurate client contact information (name, email, phone)
- Honest project requirements and scope
- Realistic budget expectations
- Your relationship to the client and notes on the opportunity
5.2 Admin Verification
Every submitted lead is reviewed and verified by the TechLuminix admin team. Verification includes contacting the client, confirming interest, and assessing lead quality. Approval moves the lead into active negotiation but does nottrigger any payout — earnings are released only when the lead reaches Closed Won status and the project begins.
Warning: Lead submissions that are fabricated, duplicated, or involve clients without genuine interest will be marked as Rejected and count toward your warning quota.
6. Warning System & Account Termination
To maintain the integrity of the program, we enforce a strict warning system for invalid or fraudulent lead submissions:
- Warnings 1–4: Each rejected lead flagged as fake or invalid results in a warning. You will receive an email notification and an in-dashboard alert with the reason.
- Warning 5: Upon receiving a fifth warning, your account will be permanently terminated. You will lose access to the Platform and forfeit any pending earnings.
Warnings are cumulative and do not expire. Termination decisions are final. If you believe a warning was issued in error, you may appeal by contacting support@techluminix.com within 7 days of receiving the warning.
7. Earning Structure
7.1 User Referral Bonus
You earn a flat ₹100 for every new user who signs up through your referral link. The bonus is credited automatically the moment the referred user completes their first sign-in with Google. There is no limit on how many users you can refer.
7.2 Lead Referral Bonus
When a lead you submitted is successfully closed (the client signs on and the deal reaches Closed Won status), you receive a flat referral bonus based on the quality tier assigned by the admin at closure:
- Low Quality: ₹500
- Medium Quality: ₹1,500
- High Quality: ₹3,500
- Premium Quality: ₹10,000 or more
7.3 Milestone Commission
If your lead closes into a paying client, you earn up to 20% of the final project quotation as commission. This commission is paid per milestone— as TechLuminix receives payment from the client for each project milestone, your proportional share is released.
Example: If a lead closes at ₹10,00,000 with a 20% commission rate and the project has 4 milestones of ₹2,50,000 each, you earn ₹50,000 per milestone as it is paid by the client.
8. Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal eligibility depends on whether you have submitted your own qualifying leads. There are two distinct paths.
8.1 Fixed Withdrawal Tiers
Regardless of path, withdrawals are only permitted in the following fixed amounts:
- ₹1,000
- ₹2,000
- ₹5,000
- ₹10,000
8.2 Path A — Lead Submitter (Free Withdrawal)
If you have at least one closed lead(a lead that reached Closed Won status) submitted by you personally, you are free to withdraw any amount in your available balance — including earnings from user referrals — with no additional restrictions beyond the standard rules. One closed lead unlocks this path permanently for your account.
Example: You submitted a lead that closed at Medium quality (₹1,500 bonus + first milestone commission credited), and you also referred 10 users (₹1,000 from signups). Your available balance is ₹2,500, and because you have a closed lead, you can freely withdraw ₹2,000 this month.
8.3 Path B — Pure Referrer (Downline Gate)
If you have never had a lead of your own reach Closed Won status, and your balance comes entirely from user-referral bonuses (and/or bonuses from approved-but-not-yet-closed leads), you must meet a downline closed-lead value gate before withdrawing. The requirement is 50 times the withdrawal amount, drawn from the combined closed-lead value of users you referred.
- ₹1,000 withdrawal requires ₹50,000 in combined downline closed-lead value
- ₹2,000 withdrawal requires ₹1,00,000 in combined downline closed-lead value
- ₹5,000 withdrawal requires ₹2,50,000 in combined downline closed-lead value
- ₹10,000 withdrawal requires ₹5,00,000 in combined downline closed-lead value
Closed-lead value is pooled across all users you referred. When you withdraw, the required value is consumed FIFO (first-in, first-out) from the oldest closed lead in your downline, moving forward in order. Once consumed, that value cannot be reused.
Important: The simplest way to avoid the downline gate entirely is to submit a lead that closes successfully. Once any lead of yours reaches Closed Won status, your account is permanently flipped to the free-withdrawal path.
8.4 Other Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum Balance: You must have at least ₹1,000 in available balance.
- Frequency: Only one withdrawal per calendar month, regardless of amount or path.
- Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are processed within 7 business days via Bank Transfer, UPI, or PayPal.
- Admin Approval: All withdrawal requests require admin approval. Requests may be rejected if account activity is under review.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Submitting fake, duplicate, or fabricated leads
- Impersonating clients or third parties
- Contacting clients on behalf of TechLuminix without authorization
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
- Attempting to manipulate the verification process
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Misrepresenting TechLuminix services or pricing to potential clients
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the TechLuminix brand, logos, design, and software, is the exclusive property of the Company. Referrers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for participating in the Referral Program.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. TechLuminix makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. We do not guarantee that any submitted lead will be approved, closed, or generate commission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechLuminix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and dashboard notification. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Termination by Referrer
You may terminate your participation in the Referral Program at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any available balance will be paid out according to the standard withdrawal rules, and pending earnings from unclosed leads will be forfeited.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
